SATdeadlines, forms & process
State Administrative Tribunal (WA)
Commercial & civil disputes, building, strata, guardianship, and vocational regulation. TribunalReady tracks every statutory clock, reads your tribunal letters automatically, and walks you through the process — built for self-represented people.
What makes Western Australia different
Residential tenancy and bond disputes are NOT heard at SAT — they go to the Magistrates Court and the Consumer Protection Commissioner. Building disputes go through the Building Commissioner first.

⚠️ WA tenancy is NOT at SAT. Rent/repairs/termination/bond disputes go to the Magistrates Court of WA (claims ≤ $75,000) and the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (bond, free) — not this tribunal.

SAT support is coming
We’re building the SATruleset — case types, deadlines and the pre-tribunal steps — from primary sources. The habits that win are the same in every state: a clear chronology, dated evidence, and never missing a deadline. Start a case now and we’ll track what we can while we finish Western Australia.
Be first on SAT — start an early-access case
Track every deadline, organise your evidence, and walk in prepared. One-off pricing, no subscription. Australian data, Sydney region.
TribunalReady is not a law firm. This page is information, not legal advice. Figures for this state are in early access and not yet lawyer-verified. Statutory periods and fees are amended and CPI-indexed from time to time — verify on the tribunal’s official website before you lodge.
